<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing apparatus for making a terminal display a photographed video thereon fast after the end of the operation of a camera when the photographing apparatus carries out settings of a photographed position and the operation of the camera, in the apparatus for displaying the video on the terminal via a network. <P>SOLUTION: While a camera state detection section 4 of the photographing apparatus 1 detects a change in the photographing state and the control state of the camera, the photographing apparatus 1 controls a coding pre-processing section 5 or an image signal coding section 6 on the basis of a data transfer rate of the network, a frame rate of transferring image data obtained by a network interface section 7 and a code quantity of compressed image data coded by the image signal coding section 6 so as to adjust the coding quantity of compressed image data coded by the image signal coding section 6 and attain transfer of the data at the designated frame rate and transmits the result to the terminal 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
