<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof pan and a bathroom unit using this waterproof pan, allowing the use of an existing bathtub, by effectively utilizing a space, when a bathroom shape is not a quadrangular shape, for solving the above problem in this invention. <P>SOLUTION: This invention is a polygonal waterproof pan having three sides including two right angles and having a pentagonal shape or more in a plan view. The polygonal waterproof pan is formed by arranging the bathtub in a place surrounded by three sides including the two right angles.
