<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production plan decision method for maximizing productivity while satisfying inter-process time restriction, and for improving a facility operation rate while attaining the interruption of a preferential lot. <P>SOLUTION: In the production plan of a lot where a plurality of processes to be processed are defined according to models, and inter-process time restriction is set, a start adjustment time in each process of this lot is calculated in a step S1, and a neck process is detected, and the dispatching to the leading process of the lot is determined based on the neck process detected by the step S1 in a step S2, and the processing plan of the lot in each process of the lot is prepared on the basis of the dispatiching to the leading process of the lot determined by the step S2 in a step S3 so that it is possible to improve a facility operation rate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
