PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel-allocating method for random accessing of uplink on a radio access network. SOLUTION: A channel allocating method for random access is provided which is suitable for allocation of an uplink random access channel (RACH) on the radio access network, and improvement in random access processing performance that uses an RACH, having a new structure on the radio access network. More specifically, the present invention provides a channel allocating method for random access, which comprises steps of setting a channel region (I<SB>c</SB>) which is allocated specially to trial of new access of random access channels having a predetermined frame (t), and allowing a mobile station to try to access a connection point via a predetermined random access channel corresponding to the channel region (I<SB>c</SB>).
