PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure superior sealing characteristics by pressing a seal rib installed at a flange to a mounting object member superbly, even if the flange has warpage deformation between tightening places in the case the flange of a housing of a switching device is tightened and fixed to the mounting object member by a tightening means. SOLUTION: Protrusion heights of two strips of seal ribs 18, 19 installed at the flange 3 of a housing 2 of a switching device 1 is made higher at a center than those of the tightening places with screws (tightening means) of both right and left sides. Then, in the case both the right and left sides are tightened and fixed to the mounting object member with the screws, even if the flange 3 is curved and deformed so that the center is floated, the seal ribs 18, 19 become contact with the mounting object member by an appropriate pressure force at their entire circumferences.
