PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficiently low band sensitivity and dynamic skew characteristics. SOLUTION: This actuator is provided with: a fixed part 31; a movable part 32 arranged to move linearly with respect to the fixed part 31; a pair of conductive elastic support members 33 and 34 having its outer peripheral part 52 attached to the fixed part 31, its inner peripheral part 51 attached to the movable part 32, the outer and inner peripheral parts 52 and 51 being integrated by a plurality of displacing parts, and arranged symmetrically in a plane orthogonal to a linear moving direction, and supports the movable part 32; a coil 37 provided to the outer peripheral part of the movable part 32 and having its input terminal 37a electrically connected to one of the pair of elastic support members 33 and 34, and its output terminal electrically connected to the other of the pair of elastic support members 33 and 34; a power supply line 39 having its input terminal 39a electrically connected to one of the pair of elastic support members 33 and 34, and its output terminal 39b electrically connected to the other of the pair of elastic support members 33 and 34; and magnets 41 and 42 disposed in the fixed part 31 and arranged to face each other in the fixed part 31 in a separated state.
