PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a water faucet capable of facilitating the connecting operation of the connection pipe of the water faucet and preventing a water faucet body from falling during the connecting operation. SOLUTION: In this connection structure 10, inflow ports 62 of the connection pipes 60 and 61 of a mixing water faucet 5 are inserted into outflow ports 44 on pipe terminals 2 and 3 sides disposed at the wall surface 1 of the skeleton of a bathroom and connected together, and the water faucet body 50 is fixed to the wall surface 1 through a fixed stay 20 fixed to the wall surface 1 side and a body stay 70 fixed to the water faucet body 50 side. An elongated hole 90 is formed in the body stay 70, and a projection 30 locked to the elongated hole 90 and slidable in the elongated hole 90 in the insertion direction of an outflow port 44 and an inflow port 62 is formed on the fixed stay 20.
