PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply sufficient a lubricating oil to a contact portion between a linking pin and a toothed link plate while ensuring smooth rotation of the linking pin in a silent chain in which a plurality of the toothed link plate each having a pin hole at both anteroposterior ends along a running direction of a chain is endlessly linked by the linking pins inserted into the pin holes with the toothed link plates mutually overlapped. SOLUTION: This lubrication structure comprises a circular-arc-shaped portion 28a which is parallel to a virtual circle C with a larger diameter than that of the linking pin 26 and besides is structured so that the linking pins 26 located at positions mutually separated to the utmost extent are allowed to contact with each other at both ends in a circumferential direction, and depressions 28b which dent radially and outward from the virtual circle C mutually at opposite positions of both the pin holes 28 and continue into both ends in the circumferential direction of the circular-arc-shaped portion 28a so as to form lubricating oil reserving spaces 34 for reserving the lubricating oil.
