PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-wheel drive vehicle having simple construction for cooling a transfer case independently of whether an undercover exists or not and for allowing proper oil change even when the undercover is mounted. SOLUTION: The four-wheel drive vehicle comprises an engine 3 horizontally arranged in an engine room, a transaxle case 4 which is arranged at one end thereof and in which a shift mechanism 42 and a differential device 43 are incorporated, and the transfer case 5 which is arranged adjacent thereto on the engine 3 at the rear side of a vehicle and in which a rear wheel driving transmission mechanism is incorporated. On the lower face of the transfer case 5, a guide member 54 is provided for guiding travelling wind to the transfer case 5 at the rear side of the vehicle. The guide member 54 includes at least a guide plate 541 having a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The front end of the guide plate 541 is located at a position approximately corresponding to the lower end of the engine 3 in the direction of the height of the vehicle or at a position lower than the lower end thereof.
