PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective adjusting device including an adjustable linear guide without allowance that allows easy adjustments during manufacture, stops excessively-high-reliability definitions of structure members to be aligned with each other, maintains constant easiness for a use period, and has minimum abrasion. SOLUTION: A guide member (3) is constituted as a joint plate having a slide head portion (6) having a width matching an opening (5), and the slide head portion is provided with a slit (8) which radially extends and is variable in slit width.
