PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electric equipment and a vibration-proof member capable of preventing vibration generated by a fan from being transferred to an equipment housing and preventing intake air or exhaust air of the fan from being leaked in the equipment housing. SOLUTION: A duct part is integrally formed at the fan holding part of the vibration-proof member 30 which holds to cover over the fan housing 22 of the fan 20, and the fan 20 covered with the vibration-proof member 30 is attached to be opposed to the vent hole of the equipment housing. Since the fan holding part absorbs the vibration generated by the fan 20, the vibration is not transferred to the equipment housing, and air is guided from the vent hole to the fan 20 or from the fan 20 to the vent hole by the duct part, so that the intake air or the exhaust air of the fan 20 is prevented from being leaked in the equipment housing.
