PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting body capable of eliminating a disposal loss of a dust collecting filter by using no disposal dust collecting filter to reduce an operation cost, and a dust monitor using the dust collecting body. SOLUTION: This dust collecting body 42 is arranged to be blown with air within a detection space of a detecting part 45, collects an ionized radiation dust by attractive force from a dust collecting face, with a negative voltage, impressed to an electrode, of polarity contrary to an ionized radiation dust ionized by a positive ion, and discharges the air after collecting dust, through an exhaust hole 423.
