PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural/horticultural plant-protective/insect-proofing liquid safe to agricultural/horticultural crops and in terms of human health and natural environment and high in insect-proofing effect and disease injury-suppressive effect. SOLUTION: The natural product-derived agricultural/horticultural plant-protective/insect-proofing liquid is provided, wherein plant essential oils and plant essential oil components are solubilized using raw materials made from foods and food additives. Another version of this liquid is also provided, being characterized by that all additives to be used are made from foods and food additives with plant essential oils and plant essential oil components as active ingredients.
