PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step device capable of being installed at a limited space and being smoothly slid. SOLUTION: A slide frame 21 of a step body 20 is supported by slide shafts 22, 22 at a front end side and a load receiving shaft 19 provided on a slide mechanism part 11 at a vehicle body side and not moved and is supported by a large support span.
