PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic suspension device of a multi-axle vehicle capable of adjusting the axle load by a simple means, advantageous in cost aspect and the maintenance aspect, capable of performing the fine adjustment of the axle load without considerably increasing the cost, with excellent practicability. SOLUTION: Hydraulic cylinders 11a-11d to support the sprung load are provided on right and left sides of each axle of a vehicle having three or more axles 3a-3d, and extension side oil chambers and contraction side oil chambers of a hydraulic cylinder of a plurality of adjacent axles are communicated with each other via an extension side communication oil passage and a contraction side communication oil passage, respectively. The mounting angle of the hydraulic cylinder, for example, the angleβof inclination with respect to the perpendicular when viewed from the side of the vehicle is set different for every axle.
