PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving posture control device capable of performing adequate posture change. SOLUTION: The driving posture control device 1 comprises an adequate driving posture determination unit 10 to determine the adequate driving posture of a driver, and a driving effect determination unit 30 to determine the degree of the effect on the driving operation when the posture is changed from the present driving posture to the adequate driving posture. The device 1 has a driving posture change determination unit 50. When the determined degree of the effect exceeds the specified value, the driving posture change determination unit 50 delays the rate of change from the regular rate which is the rate of change when the posture is changed when the degree of the effect is below the specified value.
