PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping device capable of improving versatility by enabling application to various workpieces having different clamping position of a clamp support tool. SOLUTION: The clamps 5A, 5B, 5C are provided on respective sliders 4A, 4B, 4C movably provided in the longitudinal direction. Respective clamps 5A, 5B, 5C are positioned so as to respond to respective reference holes 11A, 11B, 11C of the workpiece 10. The clamp central point O2 which is the intersection of straight lines a, b, c at 120°interval passing the three reference holes 11A, 11B, 11C of the workpiece 10 is obtained by the calculation to match the clamp central point O2 with a tool central point O1 of the clamp support tool 1. Respective clamps 5A, 5B, 5C are matched with the reference holes 11A, 11B, 11C by matching the position from respective tool central points of respective clamps 5A, 5B, 5C with the length of line segments a, b, c by moving the sliders 4A, 4B, 4C.
