An object of the present invention is to provide a transparent sheet which is excellent in transparency, and is also excellent in impact resistance and viscoelasticity, and a method for producing thereof. The transparent sheet of the present invention comprises a transparent flexible composition layer having 500 to 5,000 parts by mass of a liquid material (B) based on 100 parts by mass of a thermoplastic elastomer component (A) containing at least one elastomer (A-1) selected from the group consisting of a hydrogenated block polymer of a conjugated diene, a hydrogenated block copolymer of an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene, and an ethylene.alpha-olefin-based rubber, and other elastomer (A-2), and having a total transmittance of 90% or higher at 25° C. and at a thickness of 0.5 mm, and a transparent resin layer on surface of the transparent flexible composition layer. The present transparent sheet is obtained by laminating a transparent resin layer on the transparent flexible composition layer and put them on pressure as needed.
