The invention relates to a method and system for the production of biofertilisers from dried, stabilised sludge that is rich in fertiliser materials, originating from a method for the treatment of highly-loaded effluents. The inventive solution can be integrated into an existing facility for the treatment of organic industrial, municipal or agricultural effluents (100). The invention is based on the recovery of the heat energy released during the treatment steps in one such system by the bioreactors (120), the air supercharger units (122), the biodrying (500) and drying (600) units and other units. Said energy recovery creates a synergism which increases the efficiency and performance of the bioreactors (120) following increased stability resulting from the regulation of the temperature, thereby generating a significant energy saving during the final drying step in the production of biofertilisers.
