#CMT# #/CMT# The arm rest has a supporting unit (16) with a supporting surface (20) on which a forearm of a user is placed. A base part (12) is connected with the supporting unit via an intermediate part (14) and places the arm rest on an underground. The height of the supporting surface from the base part is adjusted.
