The fish is pushed against the rim (18) of a trough (9) on a conveyor fitted with rows of troughs and is slowed by a brake (22). The slide is mounted on a parallelogram lever system (34). This is controlled by grooves (49, 50) on a control disk (48) which cooperate with cams (52) on it. The fish is oriented so that it is at right angles to a cutter disk (5). |
