An air conditioner equipped with multiple fans having low noise and high efficiency characteristics is provided to stabilize an airflow distribution discharged through a blower fan by reducing an installation area of the air conditioner. An air conditioner equipped with multiple fans having low noise and high efficiency characteristics includes an indoor air suction port, an outdoor air suction port, a filter, a cooling coil and a heating coil, a blower fan, and a controller(170). The indoor air suction port sucks an indoor air. The outdoor air suction port sucks an outdoor air. The filter removes foreign substances contained in the air passed through the indoor air suction port and the outdoor air suction port. The cooling coil and the heating coil heat exchanges the sucked air. The blower fan sucks the air passed through the cooling coil and the heating coil and blows the air. The controller has a sensor(171), and a frequency modulator.
