A sole of the shoe is provided to maintain the bottom surface inside the shoe in a parallel status since outside impact from protrusions of an outsole is individually absorbed to prominences of an insert. The sole of the shoe includes: an outsole(110) having plural protrusions formed on the bottom and outer wheels(113) formed by being extended from an outer periphery of the top of the protrusions: a midsole(120) connected to an upper part of the outsole and having holes(121) formed on positions corresponding to the outer wheels; an insert(130) having plural prominences(131) respectively inserted into the holes by being formed on the bottom thereof and having elastic restoring force; and a lasting board(140) connected to an upper part of the midsole including the insert. |
