A method for manufacturing an ink jet print head and the ink jet print head manufactured by the same are provided to enhance the ink discharge performance such as ink discharge speed and frequency and discharge aspects by freely adjusting a nozzle taper angle without an additional process. A method for manufacturing an ink jet print head includes the steps of: forming a nozzle layer(30) by illuminating actinic rays to a cross-linked polymer resist composite including an epoxy precursor polymer, a positive ion photo-initiator, and a solvent. Wherein, a taper angle(55) of a nozzle existing on the nozzle layer is controlled by varying a concentration of the positive ion photo-initiator.
