An improved distributed kernel OS(Operating System) is provided to solve problems of present technologies having restricted transfer performance by offering a reliable node-node session protocol for transferring a message with high performance and managing/supporting a multi-interface. A local node includes a local thread operated in a local processor, and transfers and receives a message. A remote node communicates with local node through the network, includes a remote thread operated in a remote processor, and transfers and receives the message. The local node sets node-to-node connection with the remote node related to a local connecting to ID associated with the local node and a remote connection ID associated with the remote node by receiving a transfer request from the local thread, manages the message transfer from the local node to the remote node through multiple network interfaces, receives the message from the remote node, and forwards the received message to the local thread.
