<p>A process for preparing 1,3-propanediol, including: the crude glycerine as the by-product of the biological diesel oil was used as the substrate of the fermenting process of the 1,3-propanediol, which did not need the further treatment; the producing bacteria of the 1,3-propanediol were inoculated into the seed culture medium containing the crude glycerine as the by-product of the biological diesel oil to cultivate; and the seed culture was added into the initial fermenting medium containing the crude glycerine as the by-product of the biological diesel oil to ferment; the pH was controlled between 6.8 and 8.0, and at the end of the fermentation 1,3-propanediol was obtained by separating and extracting from the medium.</p> |
