VESSEL HAVING PRESSURIZED CO2 GAS SOURCE

The pressurized CO2 gas source is an insert which can be attached with sealing
in an orifice of the vessel. The insert has a high-pressure CO2 cartridge
(14), a pressure control valve for delivering CO2 therefrom and an actuator
(24, 40) accessible from the outside, actuation of which allows the high-
pressure CO2 cartridge (14) to be pierced. The actuator can be locked
automatically after first actuation and can be blocked against repeated
actuation.
