<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for managing classified documents, which eliminates a work for shredding and disposing the classified documents, cuts a cost for disposing the documents, and also prevents a leakage of information from the documents after the classified documents were temporally stored and processed. <P>SOLUTION: The system for managing the classified documents, comprising: a means 41 for issuing a specified slip number for a shipper 2 after receiving a request to issue the slip from the shipper 2; a means 42 for managing the slip, which communicates with a computer system located at a processing site 7 through a means 44 for determining a processing site by means of a slip number issued by the means 41; a means 43 for managing a processing site, which receives a processing state for the classified document sent from each of computer systems located at the processing site 7, and stores the processing state into a storing means; a means 45 for asking a delivery service, which transmits a request for delivery to a computer system located at a courier 3 such that the courier 3 collects the classified documents from a shipper 2 and delivers them to a determined processing site by receiving the determined processing site as a result of to determine the processing site from the means 44 for determining the processing site; and a means 47 for retrieving positions, which retrieves the positions for the classified documents in the process of transportation from a slip number managed by a means 46 for managing the delivery and also the position information for the classified documents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
