<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna member which can ensure a communication range within the fixed form size of a card while achieving a wideband even when a noncontact IC card is made using an IC chip which performs communication using a frequency band of 900-1,000 MHz. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna member comprises two conductors 110a ad 110b provided, respectively, with feeding points 120a and 120b facing each other through an air gap in a region shifted from the central portion of a resin sheet 102. Out of two conductors 110a and 110b, the conductor 110a located on the central portion side of the resin sheet 102 through the air gap consists of a meander portion 111 formed to extend in the direction receding from the feeding point 120a, and a bow tie portion 112 spreading radially in the direction receding from the meander portion 111.
