<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of molding a synthetic resin molding article capable of obtaining continuously a synthetic resin molding article having a thick wall thickness and homogeneity in totality in a compression molding method. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises the steps of: closing dies while a top die for supply 103 pushes to a bottom die 210, supplying a molten synthetic resin material in an opening 2101 of the bottom die 210 through a supplying path 1023 of the top die for supply 103 to fill the synthetic resin in an in-die cavity CT1 formed by closing the top die for supply 103 to the bottom die 210, thereafter pushing the bottom die 210 downward to extend the synthetic resin material in the supplying path 1023 and cut the extended resin at such a position X that it becomes the predetermined amount of a resin lump for molding RX, pushing the bottom die 210, in which the cut resin lump for molding RX is left, upward to a top die for molding 104 to close the dies, and crushing the lump with pressure to mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
