PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a terminal device side when displaying a screen comprising a plurality of components on a display device, and to reduce a load on a communication network when transmitting/receiving display information for displaying the screen. SOLUTION: A cellphone does not store information necessary for the screen display in a storage device thereinside, and transmits screen display requirement including an identifier of a screen after a changeover to a server device when changing over the screen. The server device responds to the the screen display requirement, reads a display information file including a component necessary to constitute the screen from a database, and sends it back to the cellphone of a requirement source. The cellphone generates the screen by the component included in the display information file. The display information file is prepared by one file in each screen displayable on the cellphone, is stored in the database of the server device, includes information related to all the components necessary to constitute the screen, and does not include information related to the component not used in the screen.
