PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly retain a lead wire without the use of a particular component or the like to prevent the insulation coating of the lead wire from being damaged and the retaining part of the lead wire from being deformed or broken at mounting and retaining of the lead wire. SOLUTION: A wiring board 30 for connecting the lead wire is mounted to a bobbin 15 with a non-return shaped claw 24 to cover the recessed groove opening side 23A of a recessed groove 23 for retaining the lead wire with the wiring board 30 for connecting the lead wire to retain the lead wire 32.
