PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device capable of efficiently transmitting data required for analysis of a waveform of a state amount of a power system even when transmission network cannot obtain sufficient transmission speed. SOLUTION: A data record device 27 records by attaching a time to the record data for a predetermined period before and after accident occurrence, which is detected by an accident detecting device which detects the accident in the power system. A record information delivery device 29 transmits only the time data upon accident occurrence and the time data upon an output of a protective control command to the analysis device 11 when a protective control command of a protective control device 12 is involved. When the analysis device 11 demands for transmission of the record data for the determined period, a data transmitting device 32 transmits the record data for the predetermined period including the demanded time to the analysis device 11.
