PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent particles of glass fibers from flying, and prevent a rectifying property and a load stability from being harmed even if the glass fibers are used. SOLUTION: A glass cloth epoxy printed wiring board 1, a plurality of air core armature coils 2, an eccentric weight 3 and a resin 5 are provided. The glass cloth epoxy printed wiring board 1 is formed with a shaft inserting hole in the center of rotation and a rectifying section comprising a plurality of commutator segments radially disposed outside the shaft inserting hole on a first face. The eccentric weight 3 is radially and eccentrically disposed. The glass cloth epoxy printed wiring board 1, a plurality of the air core armature coils 2 and the eccentric weight 3 are integrally molded by the resin 5. An oil bearing 4 is disposed at the shaft inserting hole. The printed wiring board 1 is pressed into a shape. Inside and outside diameter cut faces and cut holes other than through-holes are covered with the resin containing short glass fibers of 5-15%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
