PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding structure of a motor which can exhibit the performance of reducing electromagnetic noise by a choke coil sufficiently in roughly all frequency band. SOLUTION: In the grounding structure of a motor 10 where the peripheral wall of a gear case cover 14 for covering the opening 13a of a gear case 13 includes a connector part 15 and the ceiling part 14a of the above cover includes each terminal 25, 24 and 21 for low-speed drive, high-speed drive, and grounding and one end of each terminal is projected into a connector part and a choke coil 28 is connected to the other end of each terminal 25 and 24 for low-speed and high-speed drive, the earth terminal connected to the grounding terminal is extended to the peripheral wall 14b of the gear case cover, and a holder base 40, where brushes for low-speed and high-speed drive and grounding are arranged, is attached in the opening 13c of the flange part 13b of the gear case, and an earth terminal 49 is interposed between the gear case of the brush 47 for grounding and the peripheral walls 13d of the gear case.
