PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect privacy in a call between members while preventing the payment of a telephone charge for a private use of a cellular phone as a member registered in a group. SOLUTION: According to this call connection system, a group is formed having at least one cellular phone and at least one stationary telephone as members, and a unique identification number different from the telephone number of each of the cellular phone and the stationary telephone is used to enable to dial for a call between the members. Connection is established between the stationary telephone as a member and the cellular phone as a member using the unique identification number not using the telephone number. Accordingly, the telephone number is not disclosed, and the privacy of the owner of the cellular phone can be protected. Further, for semi-members outside an office, unique identification numbers are registered, thereby preventing the office from paying for calls to arbitrary communication parties.
