PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a heat-resistant insulating coating for insulating an exciting coil and a heating element from each other from being stressed by the thermal expansion of an exciting coil unit and being deteriorated, and to prevent the positional deviation and the falling-off of the heat-resistant insulating coating. SOLUTION: A gap is formed between a heating means and the heat-resistant insulating coating, and also the heating means is provided with a regulating member for preventing the falling-off of the heat-resistant insulating coating.
