PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a wooden material capable of securely positioning the wooden material by an easy construction, sharing parts, and reducing a loss in cross sectional area by pre-cutting. SOLUTION: In this joint structure of the wooden structure, a horizontal member 33 is joined to the side face 31a of a main member 31 by using an L-shaped metal fitting 35 having a base plate part 37, a tubular projection 41, and a support plate part 43, a recessed part 51 is formed in the side face 31a of the main member 31, and at least two main material through holes 53a and 53b passed through the other side face 31b and having an inner diameter matching the outer diameter of the tubular projection 41 are drilled in the bottom face 51a of the recessed part 51. A slit 61 passing the center of the end face and allowing the support plate part 43 to be inserted therein is formed in the horizontal member 33, the base plate part 37 is fixed into the recessed part by a fastening member 67 preventing the end part inserted into the main material through holes 53a and 53b and a fixing hole from being projected from the side face, and a pin 63 inserted into the side face 33a of the horizontal member 33 is passed through the support holes 45a and 45b of the support plate part 43 inserted into a slit 61.
