PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer alloy which contains a polybutylene terephthalate resin and can be used to prepare various useful molded products with advantage of its excellent impact resistance displayed in notched impact resistance test. SOLUTION: The polymer alloy comprises not less than 2 kinds of thermoplastic resins including at least a polybutylene terephthalate resin. The polymer alloy is characterized by lamellae having an average length of 100 nm or less along the direction of a major axis when arbitrary 100 pieces of lammelar crystals are selected from the polybutylene terephthalate resin existing in the polymer alloy.
