PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous lustering composition for tires maintaining excellent luster and gloss and uniformity of a film after washing, and excels in durability. SOLUTION: The aqueous lustering composition for tires is prepared by compounding a reactive silicone resin, a silicone oil, a surfactant and, if necessary, other additives. The lustering composition is aqueous composition and has a low environmental load and maintain excellent luster and gloss and the uniformity of the film even immediately after coating and after washing or the like, and accordingly excels in durability and can impart good luster and gloss to tires over a long period.
