PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for suppressing a risk and invasive property in gastrointestinal bypassing. SOLUTION: An instrument for performing gastrointestinal bypassing comprises: a means for allowing a first intestinal tissue part 12 to come close to a second gastric tissue part 14 by performing a first intestinal loop (A); a means for making a gastrointestinal anastomosis part 16 between the two mutually close tissue parts; a means for allowing first and second additional intestinal tissue parts 18, 20 to come close each other, performing a second intestinal loop (B), and allowing the second additional intestinal tissue part 20 arranged at the near part of the gastrointestinal anatomosis part 16 to come close to the gastrointestinal anatomosis part 16; a means for making an enteroentero anatomosis part 22 between the two close intestinal tissue parts; and a means for cutting gut between the gastrointestinal anastomosis part 16 and the enteroentero anatomosis part 22.
