PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine having improved entertainment in a variable display game. SOLUTION: The game machine 1 includes a variable display means 3 for displaying a variable display image of a plurality of symbols, and a display control means for controlling the image display of the variable display means 3. The display control means controls the image display in the variable display means so that the variable display means 3 displays a single or a plurality of variable display groups 30 having a plurality of variable display portions 3A-3I for displaying the variable display image of the plurality of symbols, and controls the advance of a multiple variable display game using the plurality of variable display groups 30.
