PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the forms of representations of illuminations displayed on individual lenses different for the individual lenses by one substrate for light sources. SOLUTION: The illumination means 7 includes the substrate for the light sources 8 fixed to a front door 3, the first light source 10 and the second light source 11 having a different radiation form from the first light source 10 which are mounted on the front face of the substrate for the light sources 8, an ornamental cover 12 which is fixed to the front door 3 to cover the substrate for the light sources 8 including the first and the second light sources 10 and 11, and the first lens 13 to be capable of transmitting the light from the first light source 10 and the second lens 14 to be capable of transmitting the light from the second light source 11 which are fixed to the ornamental cover 12. The ornamental cover 12 projects to the front of the substrate for the light sources 8 and has a shading wall 123 which separates the first light source 10 and the second light source 11.
