PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine where an unauthorized behavior is prevented, while preventing the structure from becoming unnecessarily complex, and to provide a ball-inputting device for obtaining the game machine. SOLUTION: The game machine is provided with a game board constituting a game area, and an opening and closing member. The opening and closing member has the upper end face part, the right and left end face parts, and the lower end face part and is mounted rotatably to the mounting part provided on the front face part of the game board, while providing a rotation axis on the side of the lower end face part. Then, the opening and closing member closes a ball-entering port opening at the front face part of the mounting part, when it is turned backward into a standing state but opens the ball-entering port, when rotated forward into a forward-tilting state. The ball-inputting device is provided for obtaining the game machine. At a prescribed section selected from the upper-end face part and the right and left-end face parts of the opening and closing member, a superposing part is extended to superimpose the superposing part to the mounting part, while the rear surface part of the superimposing part is brought into contact with the front surface part of the mounting part, when the opening and closing member is in a standing attitude.
