PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine capable of providing an appropriate clamping massage. SOLUTION: This massage machine is provided with therapeutic elements 1a and 1b at respective end of a first arm 13 and a second arm 14 which are vertically turnably supported, and a clamp driving part A1 changing the vertical interval between the therapeutic element 1a at the tip of the first arm and the therapeutic element 1b at the tip of the second arm by turning the arms 13 and 14. The first arm, the second arm and the clamp driving part are swingably provided, and an energizing means A2 applying an energizing force in the direction where the therapeutic element positioned on the upper side relative to the swing projects to the front side and variably changing the energizing force is provided. This massage machine is further provided with a control means 8 actuating the clamp driving part A1 after starting the energization to the therapeutic element by the energizing means A2. The clamping massage is so performed that the lower side therapeutic element approaches the upper side therapeutic element at a time point when the upper side therapeutic element pushes the shoulders by the energization by the energizing means.
