PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Neem-containing support containing insect proof Neem component, or Neem powder or oil, or the like which insect pests dislike and repel the pests from a field by being stood in the field to solve the problem that chemicals such as insecticides are harmful to human bodies and are not preferable, though many damages due to insect pests in horticulture and agriculture have been prevented by chemicals such as insecticide. SOLUTION: The Neem-containing supports for horticulture and agriculture are produced as follows. The supports for horticulture and agriculture are produced by a material obtained by mixing a rigid synthetic resin with a reclaimed material for recycle and powder of Neem and its extracted oil which insect pests repel. Sharpened part of the support is molded by an injection molding machine and the rear end is extruded and molded in a pipe-like shape by an extruder. The sharpened end parts are each connected to the rear end pipes having various lengths by an adhesive or heating to provide long or short posts. A number of small holes are provided in the pipe, and leaves, branches or seeds of Neem or cake of Neem is inserted into the pipe to increase odor ingredients and repel insect pests.
