Several implants (34) are inserted with their lower ends (36) into the jaw bone of the patient and connected with their upper ends to a bridge structure (35). Tooth holding elements (32) protrude from the opposite surface of the structure (35) in order to be provided with the appropriate number of artificial teeth (20,30). The artificial gum is assembled of a lower layer (42) made of colored ceramics and an upper layer (44) made of colored plastic or a compound material, which could be a micro-filled light-hardened poly glass.
