The printing form cylinder has lugs (16), which provide stops to engage openings (24) in the edges of the form sheet (14) and retain it on the cylinder. The lugs are each circular in section and at least one is surrounded by ball bearings (20), which allow limited rotation between the cylinder and form sheet. Claims include a printer and drum for the invention.
