The ejector (10) has an oblong support (11) with lever (14) at one end and a base body (16) at the other end. The oblong support is axially adjustable in its length whilst the pressure element (18) can be rotated in the base body in the axial direction of the support. The element (19) which is to be ejected bears against the lever and as the length of the support is axially reduced so the lever is moved likewise axially relative to the support. To remove a clamping screw (23) its head is centred in the socket of the base body and displaced in the axial direction of the support. The pressure element is designed as a grease hydraulic spindle.
