A back light assembly for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device and an LCD module by using the same are provided to extend the lifetime of the LCD device without lowering the efficiency of a fluorescent lamp. Upper and lower surfaces of a back light assembly(120) are covered with support mains(152) made of synthetic resin mold material. A cover bottom(154) covers the rear of the back light assembly and is combined with the support main. A top cover(158) covers the edge of an LCD panel(110) and is combined with the support main. The LCD panel includes the first and second substrates(112,114) bonded with each other. Driving circuit(118,119) are connected along an edge of the LCD panel by the medium of the TCP(Tape Carrier Package)(116). |
